We work with our clients to design an individualized cleaning service that meets their needs and fits their budget. Our prices are based on a personal assessment of the home and the areas that need immediate attention. We also take into consideration the frequency of the cleanings necessary to maintain the home. Prices are based on the home itself rather than the by the hour. This allows our team members to take necessary time to properly clean rather than rush through the job. Prices range from $75 to $175 per visit. 

We recommend this full service cleaning for anyone moving in to a new home or moving out and wanting to keep their security deposit. Property managers often use this service for rentals and real estate sale preparation. Prices can range from $200 to $400 depending on the size and the condition of the home. 

This service is recommended for preparation of; graduation, weddings, parties, holidays, birthdays, retirement, etc.. Everyone loves a great party or celebration but guests rarely stick around to help clean up after. Allow yourself to enjoy the celebration and let our professional cleaning team help with preparation and/or post cleanup.  We charge an hourly rate of $20-$40 for these services. 

We all know what a blessing and joy it is to bring a new baby home. We also understand the stress and anxiety of wanting a well organized, clean and sanitized environment for your new bundle of joy. These are special projects for our Blessed Touch Cleaning Team and we generally charge by the hour for these services. $20-$40 per hour
